Creating confidence for parents through thoughtful design.

Noah's Ark Playschool needed a website that reflected the same warmth and intentionality parents experience when they walk through the classroom doors. My son attended this playschool for two years, and our experience with the staff and the program was simply wonderful. I'm not trying to be dramatic, but having our son in their care changed our family for the better and even helped us become better parents. When Teacher Erin mentioned how frustrating their old website was—adding hours of unnecessary admin time to their already limited time to prepare for the school year—I knew I could create a solution that better served both the staff and the families of Noah's Ark.

Rather than simply giving the playschool a fresh look, the goal was to create a website that truly worked for everyone who used it. Every page was thoughtfully written to clearly communicate their Christian values, play-based philosophy, and child-centered approach while improving search visibility and making it easier for parents to find the information they need. We also introduced organized photo galleries that allow families to virtually tour the school, explore specialty activity days, see how the learning spaces change throughout the seasons, and get a genuine feel for the environment before ever stepping through the doors.

Behind the scenes, I built a streamlined Squarespace experience that's simple for staff to update and maintain, saving valuable time during the busiest parts of the school year. The result is a welcoming, easy-to-use website that serves both current and prospective families while making life easier for the people who run the program.
